Return to the U90… well maybe not.. March 24, 2006
Posted by Mark Gilmour in : General , trackbackI suppose I shouldn’t be surprised after last weekends YD trip to U90 was canned but I was really hopeful when the weather brightened up earlier this week. I was really looking forward to getting back onto U90 after a tremondously successful trip back in July last year as part of the YD selsey gig. That U90 dive has seen some of my pictures make into a couple of publications including Dan Egletons BSAC newsletter and also Jon Bramley’s report on adopt a wreck for kent coast publication. Hopefully also a couple of my pictures will feature in Ron Youngs new book on U-boats. Kinda of satisfying when I am such an amateur photographer.
Well tomorrow isn’t to be, maybe it’s for the best, going back to U90 after such a great dive in July might just be a disappointment. I doubt I will ever get the right sort of conditions like that one again.
There is a consolation, tomorrow Lisa was planning on taking Heather swimming for the first time, so at least I get to go along to that…..
